Welcome to Hallyu Review!A place where I'll be documenting my forays into S. Korean entertainment. I'm one of thousands, maybe even millions riding the phenomenon known as the Korean wave. While I haven't completely jumped ship from western entertainment, I can't deny the pull of 한류 (Hallyu). It's addicting and the obsessed fans who rant and rave about it are a testament to its entertaining properties.
Hallyu Review is an upgraded and yet more simplified version of my first Korean entertainment blog, K-Dreams...
With that blog I took on the task of being a source of K-pop/K-entertainment news. It was a very big task indeed but let's face it, like the excessive amount of idol groups cropping up these days, there too are plenty of blogs from which you can receive your K-pop news. So I leave it in their hands and will instead relish in the beauty of blogging. That is I will be choosing more topics to my liking, while still bringing in some news when I see fit. Thus you'll find a more personal and opinionated approach here.
So whether you're a newbie to the scene or you like to kick it old school, I welcome you to embrace the Hallyu wave that has hit international shores.
