Park Jin Young (박진영), better known as JYP, was one of many distinguished honorees who received an award at the World Leadership Awards ceremony held on the 6th in Atlanta. The annual event was established by RnB superstar Usher, who started it in 1999 as a way to recognize others who share the ideals behind his New Look Foundation. New Look helps to encourage young adults in the fields of leadership, business, and education.
JYP was given the Global Ambassador Award for his work as an international mentor helping youth fulfill their dreams and goals in the entertainment business. In his thank you speech JYP stated that he was honored to receive such an award and that he would continue his work.
